Light Cone
The Hell Where Ideals BurnWith Sparkle raising the team's Skill Point cap, the cone activates its large combat-entry ATK bonus and then stacks more ATK through Seele's repeated Skills.
When to use it : Sparkle must raise the team's Skill Point cap to six.
Relics
Entering combat and repeated Skills build up Skill and Ultimate damage; Seele's automatic low-HP Skill helps refresh stacks without spending another point.
Planar Ornaments
The permanent CRIT Rate supports near-certain hits, and 70% CRIT unlocks a direct bonus for both Seele's Basic and frequently repeated Skill.
Team lineup
Sparkle funds Seele's many Skills and activates her cone, Cerydra copies high-value Skills, and Permansor Terrae protects the team while adding permanent ATK support.

| Guide’s reference choice | With Sparkle raising the team's Skill Point cap, the cone activates its large combat-entry ATK bonus and then stacks more ATK through Seele's repeated Skills. | Sparkle must raise the team's Skill Point cap to six. |
| Alternative | Its CRIT Rate and SPD scaling reward Seele's repeated turns and remain the signature single-target alternative. | No additional condition documented in this guide. |
| Accessible option | Its CRIT Rate and on-kill ATK match Seele's cleanup loop, though the conditional CRIT can make sheet-stat planning less comfortable. | No additional condition documented in this guide. This five-star cone and all Superimpositions come from Herta's Store instead of a limited Warp. |
| Accessible option | Repeated attacks on the same target build its damage bonus, which suits Seele when she focuses an elite or boss. | No additional condition documented in this guide. A standard four-star Warp cone available without a limited signature. |
Only one option documented: no A/B comparison available.

Trace priority
- Skill
- Talent
- Ultimate
Seele finishes weakened enemies to enter Resurgence, preserving short buffs across extra turns and chaining attacks through an entire wave.
How to play it
- 1Use allies to move one enemy into reliable kill range before Seele acts.
- 2Finish it with the Skill to trigger Resurgence and retain active buffs.
- 3During the chain, choose Basics to save points or Skills to secure another kill; use the Ultimate when it creates or extends Resurgence.
Sources and methodology
Editorial recommendations are written from released game data, then cross-checked against specialist calculations. They are not copied from a single tier list.
Review method
Character kits, equipment and conditions reviewed against released Version 4.6 data. Retained Sparkle-expanded point cap, repeated Skills and 70% CRIT Rutilant for the Resurgence loop. Cones 21066, 23055 and 23064 are Elation, while 23063 is Remembrance; their passives are incompatible with this Path. 22008 requires actual Follow-Up ATKs: Seele's automatic Skill remains a Skill. 134 neglects her main Skill damage channel. Set 133 needs single-ally targeting and buffs Elation; its team CRIT bonus needs ten Certified Banger, which this kit does not provide. The team must retain Sparkle for cone 23046 and provide killable targets. No new damage simulation or refreshed community consensus; effect review uses the exact local 4.6 snapshot, with GitHub web access unavailable. This review includes no new damage simulation; historical community-analysis consultation dates are preserved. Methodological baseline from the previous dossier (review 4.4, reference calculations 4.2): Both direct guides cover Seele's 4.2 Novaflare Skill and agree that The Hell Where Ideals Burn becomes best only with Sparkle's six-point cap. The broader released 4.0–4.4 compare and exact 4.4 snapshot verified that interaction and Navigator's stack removal; targets separate sheet stats from Skill, Sparkle and cone buffs.
