Clara remains the shield target. Dreamlit can trigger from Skill targeting, but the Clara core does not use Elation and March does not supply the ten points required for its CRIT buff. Heretic does not strengthen shields. Moment of Victory raises March’s own aggro: watch competition with Clara’s aggro. Freeze also depends on enemy resistance. This review includes no new damage simulation; historical community-analysis consultation dates are preserved. Methodological baseline from the previous dossier (review 4.4, reference calculations 1.0): The review prioritizes shield value, reliable Ultimate freezes and counter frequency.
