Character kits, equipment and conditions reviewed against released Version 4.6 data. Corrected Night on the Milky Way: ATK depends on enemy count, while Break separately grants one-turn DMG. Retained follow-ups and Sigonia for Pure Fiction. Cones 21066, 23055 and 23064 are Elation, while 23063 is Remembrance; their passives are incompatible with this Path. 22008 is Hunt and grants no passive outside that Path. 134 neglects Skill, Ultimate and Victory Rush; ATK after Basic does not justify that change for the AoE rotation. Set 133 needs single-ally targeting and buffs Elation; its team CRIT bonus needs ten Certified Banger, which this kit does not provide. Sigonia assumes ten defeats, and the signature loses value with few targets. No new damage simulation or refreshed community consensus; effect review uses the exact local 4.6 snapshot, with GitHub web access unavailable. This review includes no new damage simulation; historical community-analysis consultation dates are preserved. Methodological baseline from the previous dossier (review 4.4, reference calculations 4.0): Prydwen and Mobalytics both support the CRIT follow-up core; Mobalytics also distinguishes Sigonia's Pure Fiction niche from generic planar choices. This guide therefore uses base SPD and fully stacked Sigonia for Pure Fiction. The choice and its ten-kill assumption were rechecked against the exact 4.4 catalog and released 4.0–4.4 delta.
