Light Cone
Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling EvilbreakerBreak Effect, opening Energy and Sealform Action Advance solve Rappa's damage and rotation bottlenecks together.
When to use it : Consume two enhanced-Basic actions to trigger the 50% Action Advance; the counter does not progress from individual hits.
Relics
Break Effect and DEF ignore improve both Rappa's direct Break detonation and her native Super Break instances.
When to use it : The full Super Break DEF ignore requires 250% Break Effect in combat; the target below includes named team buffs.
Planar Ornaments
Talia gives permanent Break Effect once the explicit 145 SPD threshold is met, regardless of enemy Weakness.
When to use it : Reach 145 SPD on Rappa's own sheet; the target does not count a temporary ally SPD buff.
Team lineup
Fugue creates a second Break and Super Break, Ruan Mei raises Break Efficiency, and Lingsha sustains while adding AoE Toughness damage.
When to use it : Fugue's Exo-Toughness must be broken before Rappa's third enhanced hit when possible so the second Break grants Charge and Energy first.

| Option | Why choose it? | Conditions and availability |
|---|---|---|
| Guide’s reference choice | Break Effect, opening Energy and Sealform Action Advance solve Rappa's damage and rotation bottlenecks together. | Consume two enhanced-Basic actions to trigger the 50% Action Advance; the counter does not progress from individual hits. |
| Situational | ATK is unconditional and suits Rappa's non-Break damage outside her Break windows. | Its CRIT DMG proc requires an attack to hit at least two enemies with the corresponding Weakness; that proc does not improve Break damage. |
| Situational | It grants general DMG and builds ATK through enemy defeats. | Its stacking ATK requires Rappa herself to secure kills, so it is chiefly a multi-wave option. |
| Accessible option | Break Effect is always useful and the post-Ultimate SPD buff covers the full Sealform sequence. | No additional condition documented in this guide. This four-star cone is available from ordinary Warp pools and is easier to superimpose than a limited signature. |

| Guide’s reference choice | Break Effect and DEF ignore improve both Rappa's direct Break detonation and her native Super Break instances. | The full Super Break DEF ignore requires 250% Break Effect in combat; the target below includes named team buffs. |
| Alternative | Thief is a direct Break Effect alternative that also returns Energy after Weakness Breaks. | No additional condition documented in this guide. |
| Accessible option | The two-piece mix preserves Break Effect while adding the SPD Rappa needs for Talia. | No additional condition documented in this guide. It reuses good Break Effect and SPD pieces while a full Iron Cavalry or Thief set is still being farmed. |

| Guide’s reference choice | Talia gives permanent Break Effect once the explicit 145 SPD threshold is met, regardless of enemy Weakness. | Reach 145 SPD on Rappa's own sheet; the target does not count a temporary ally SPD buff. |
| Situational | SPD plus conditional Break Effect makes Forge strong in Fire-matched Break stages. | Forge's 40% Break Effect requires Rappa to hit a Fire-weak enemy; do not present that bonus as universal. |
| Situational | It is a speed-gated option for Rappa's direct non-Break attacks. | Use Glamoth only at its 135 SPD tier (or 160 SPD for the higher tier); its damage bonus does not multiply Break damage. |
Only one option documented: no A/B comparison available.

| Guide’s reference choice | Fugue creates a second Break and Super Break, Ruan Mei raises Break Efficiency, and Lingsha sustains while adding AoE Toughness damage. | Fugue's Exo-Toughness must be broken before Rappa's third enhanced hit when possible so the second Break grants Charge and Energy first. |
Trace priority
- Basic ATK
- Talent
- Ultimate
- Skill
Rappa enters Sealform for three enhanced Basics, consumes Charge on the third hit and exploits repeated enemy Breaks.
How to play it
- 1Skill until the 140-Energy Ultimate is ready; preserve Quid Pro Quo support procs for this ramp when possible.
- 2Enter Sealform, then target the first two Blast hits to maximize Toughness reduction across adjacent enemies.
- 3Time the third enhanced hit after ordinary and Exo-Toughness Breaks have built Charge.
Sources and methodology
Editorial recommendations are written from released game data, then cross-checked against specialist calculations. They are not copied from a single tier list.
Review method
Character kits, equipment and conditions reviewed against released Version 4.6 data. Retained Talia’s 145 SPD, 3,200 combat ATK and 250% Break with named buffs; the first two hits and Charge-based third hit remain distinct. Rappa’s enhanced Basics deal Break damage: Heretic 134’s conventional DMG bonus and CRIT do not multiply it. Actor 133 lacks ally targeting. The Elation cones 21066/23055/23064, Hunt cone 22008 and Remembrance cone 23063 do not match this character’s Path. Kit and condition review against the 4.6 snapshot; no new damage or full-rotation simulation and no recalculated optimal ranking. This review includes no new damage simulation; historical community-analysis consultation dates are preserved. Methodological baseline from the previous dossier (review 4.4, reference calculations 3.8): Prydwen and StarGuide were reconciled with the 4.4 skills. Rappa's third enhanced Basic converts her stored Charge into direct Break DMG, while Sea Echo converts each enhanced-Basic hit against a Broken enemy into one 60% Super Break instance. Both use Level 80, actual Toughness reduction, Weakness Break Efficiency, Break Effect, DEF, RES and Break vulnerability; CRIT stats do not multiply them. Her 3200 in-combat ATK caps Withered Leaf, and Exo-Toughness creates a second real Break that grants Charge and Energy again.
