Recommended build

Light Cone

An Instant Before A Gaze
Best choice

CRIT DMG and Energy-scaled Ultimate damage perfectly reward Argenti's high-cost burst cycle.

When to use it : The cone scales from Max Energy, capped at 180, so both Ultimate modes receive its full bonus. Save 180 current Energy for the stronger attack itself, not to activate the cone.

Relics

Best choice

CRIT Rate plus Skill and Ultimate damage reinforce both Argenti's wave-clearing Skill and his two Energy-dependent Ultimates.

When to use it : Use either Ultimate immediately before Justice Hereby Blooms so Scholar buffs that next Skill.

Planar Ornaments

Best choice

Pure Fiction supplies enough waves to stack the set quickly, matching Argenti's preferred multi-target content.

When to use it : Defeat ten enemies during the battle to reach Sigonia's full 40% CRIT DMG bonus.

Team lineup

Best choice

Three Energy sources accelerate Argenti's premium Ultimate; at Talent level 10, ten Apotheosis stacks grant 25% CRIT Rate and Sunday adds 20%, bringing a 55% sheet build to 100%.

When to use it : Use Sunday, Tingyun and Huohuo's Energy tools before deciding whether to spend 90 Energy or wait for the 180-Energy Ultimate.

Trace priority

  1. Ultimate
  2. Skill
  3. Talent

Argenti gains Energy and Apotheosis from hitting enemies, choosing between a cheap wave-clear Ultimate and a 180-Energy multi-hit burst.

How to play it

  1. 1Use Justice Hereby Blooms into dense waves to build Energy and Apotheosis quickly.
  2. 2Use the 90-Energy Ultimate only when it secures a wave clear or prevents Energy waste.
  3. 3Otherwise combine allied Energy restoration and save for the fully charged Ultimate against priority targets.

Sources and methodology

Editorial recommendations are written from released game data, then cross-checked against specialist calculations. They are not copied from a single tier list.

Review method

Character kits, equipment and conditions reviewed against released Version 4.6 data. Corrected CRIT target: 55% sheet + 25% Apotheosis + 20% Sunday at level 10. Signature uses Max Energy, so both Ultimate modes benefit. Cones 21066, 23055 and 23064 are Elation, while 23063 is Remembrance; their passives are incompatible with this Path. 22008 is Hunt and grants no passive outside that Path. 134 buffs neither 90 nor 180 Ultimate; Scholar and Sigonia still match AoE and defeats. Set 133 needs single-ally targeting and buffs Elation; its team CRIT bonus needs ten Certified Banger, which this kit does not provide. Ten Apotheosis and Sigonia stacks are not guaranteed for the first burst. No new damage simulation or refreshed community consensus; effect review uses the exact local 4.6 snapshot, with GitHub web access unavailable. This review includes no new damage simulation; historical community-analysis consultation dates are preserved. Methodological baseline from the previous dossier (review 4.4, reference calculations 3.0): Prydwen and Icy Veins agree that Argenti's 180-Energy Ultimate is the primary payoff in dense waves. The older baseline and later equipment were checked against the immutable released 4.0–4.4 delta and local 4.4 effects; the 180-Energy decision and Sigonia's ten defeats are explicit.
